TIPS TO CONSUMERS TO ENSURE CLAIMS ARE PROPERLY PROCESSED:

  1. The proof-of-purchase receipt from a Kentucky retailer and the application confirmation page must be mailed together.
  2. Invoices must be dated 4.22.2010 or thereafter
  3. Products must be ENERGY STAR qualified models (check the link on our website)
  4. Rebates cannot be mailed to PO Boxes – mailing addresses only
  5. Out of state residents are not eligible
